Each piece is unique due to its handmade nature, and there may be slight variations. The durability, color, and patterns of the gemstones may also vary. The scratches or rough textures included in the product are intentional design elements aligned with our brand concept.
If there are any defects or issues other than that mentioned above, please contact us through our website or email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping
The products from Enisla are handmade and crafted with care after the order is placed. It takes a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 14 days for production, excluding weekends and holidays. If there are any delays due to supplier circumstances, we will contact you immediately.
After Service
The warranty period for free after-sales service is 60 days, and the warranty card is required. Additional charges will apply for re-plating, gemstone damage, and resetting.

Products sent without prior consultation will be returned.
The repair takes approximately 2 weeks after we receive the product.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and processed.

Since all our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
